Read or listen

Text enlargement and reading aloud help make long leaflets easier to access. Device settings and installed voices affect the experience. Check important names, numbers and instructions against the written source.

Remember your instructions

Keep products in a list and set reminders according to the instructions you received. Test notification permissions on your device. A reminder does not confirm a dose was taken or replace advice about a missed dose.

Official sources and the role of AI

Informego uses product documentation from sources including the Israeli Ministry of Health and product manufacturers. The Ministry’s drug database is a place to check registered products and leaflets. Coverage and availability vary by product.

The AI assistant provides explanations based on product information. It can make mistakes or omit relevant context. Compare consequential answers with the source and ask a pharmacist or doctor before making treatment decisions. The app does not provide a diagnosis or a personalized treatment plan.

Saved content may be accessible without a connection, depending on what was saved and the feature. Online search, updates and AI assistance may need internet access. A saved copy is not necessarily the latest version.
